Thank you for shopping with LayersX3D. We take pride in creating premium 3D printed products that are carefully crafted, inspected, and packed before being shipped to you.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

Custom or personalized products may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

At present, LayersX3D ships only within India.

All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket, using the most suitable courier service based on your delivery location.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected logistical delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

No shipping charges will be applied to eligible prepaid orders during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes across India.

Due to the additional handling, courier, and payment processing costs associated with COD orders, a Cash on Delivery handling fee ranging from ₹50 to ₹150 may be applied.

The exact COD handling fee, if applicable, will be displayed clearly during checkout before the order is placed.

The COD handling fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases where the order is cancelled by LayersX3D or cannot be fulfilled.

For a faster checkout experience and to avoid additional handling charges, we encourage customers to choose prepaid payment methods whenever possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Address Changes

Customers may request changes to their shipping address only before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label (if possible)

After verification, LayersX3D will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

About Our 3D Printed Products

Every LayersX3D product is individually manufactured using advanced 3D printing technology.

Because each product is created layer by layer, slight variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process.

These may include:

  • Minor layer lines
  • Slight texture variations
  • Small colour differences between production batches
  • Minor finish variations

These characteristics make every product unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, filament batches, and the nature of additive manufacturing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

LayersX3D cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges incurred due to address corrections or re-delivery attempts may be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If a shipment is returned to us because delivery attempts were unsuccessful or the customer was unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
